Tong Ho is a leafy vegetable that is often used in Asian cuisine. It has a slightly bitter taste, which can be described as a combination of spinach and purslane, just more pepper. It is most often used as a fresh spice / herb in a salad, fried quickly in oil (otherwise it gets a bitter taste) or add them to soup just before serving.
