Complaints should be made as soon as possible after the fault is discovered. Seller purchases with visible damage also need to be confirmed with a photo.

If an item is incorrect, you will be credited with the corresponding value of the item or get the error remedied or have the item delivered if it does not entail an unreasonable cost to the Store.

Contact information can be found in the online store and on the order confirmation.

7.2 Return Policy
According to the law on distance contracts and agreements outside business premises (SFS 2005: 59), you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of delivery of the goods (the "cancellation period"). However, such a right of withdrawal does not apply, for example, to food, newspapers or magazines.

You who wish to exercise Your right of withdrawal should send a clear and clear notice of Your decision to withdraw Your purchase. Contact information can be found in the online store and on the order confirmation. Enter your name, address and other relevant information, eg. order number, invoice number and name of the item in the message. If you wish, you can use the cancellation form produced by the Swedish Consumer Agency. In order for you to exercise your right of withdrawal on time, it is sufficient that you send your notice before the withdrawal period expires.

7.3 The effect of the right of withdrawal
In exercising the right of withdrawal, you must return the goods at your own expense without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days after the date on which you announced the decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. Rare goods received with home delivery can only be returned by postal agent. Returns with regular Pong Market delivery or to a shop that is not a postal agent are therefore not possible in these cases.

In exercising the right of withdrawal, the Store repays the value of goods covered by the right of withdrawal, including delivery costs or a proportionate share thereof. The store reserves the right to make a deduction in case you have used the product and this has affected the nature, property and function of the product. The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day the Store receives returned goods.

Upon refund, the store will use the same credit card used for payment, at no cost to You. If you purchased goods against an invoice but have not yet paid the invoice, the Store will notify Klarna of the return and the invoice will be adjusted accordingly. If you paid for an invoice, Klarna will contact you for payment information.
